Upgrade from 1.8.2 to 2.0.0

Can anyone shed any light on the meaning of this error during the upgrade and how to resolve it?

topic_assignments is a new table in Geeklog 2.0. Make sure you've uploaded all the Geeklog 2.0 files. Specifically, system/lib-database.php
