add language files?
or add file like welcom email text file.
This line is needed for our Japanese site in "head".

This probably would be a good idea for this message since it is the one displayed to all non root users and it would be nice if the message was in the default language of the site.
There are 2 work arounds for this.
Geeklog does look for a CUSTOM_handleError function. You could create this function in your lib-custom.php to handle the error
Or Geeklog does also look for a errormessage.html file in the root of the theme directory. It will display this file if found instead of the default generated error message.
(this is the same reply I added to the issue in the bug tracker)
