Does this programme offer multilingual support? I'm trying to set up a sight in four different languages.

Multi-Language sites are not difficult with Geeklog.
In the Geeklog Configuration goto the Language and Locale page and add in the languages you want.
When you create content (Topics, Articles, Blocks) you then can specify what language the item is by adding the appropriate mapping to its id like so:
articleid_en - for English
articleid_de - for Germany
These mappings can be changed to what every you want in the configuration.
