stuttering logo issue

When you use image as logo, instead of text, layout for logo part stutters when page loads. Firstly, text logo is displayed and then image is substituted. https://imgur.com/a/nkOajst Any fix?

It's because of this line in the header.thtml file:

Text Formatted Code
<a href="{site_url}" title="{site_name}" itemprop="url">{site_name}</a>

css class site_name or brand_image is set to load an image (class is specified in a previous span I believe.

Remove the {site_name} template variable from between the <a> tags and the name will not be printed. The thing is the H1 tag in the denim theme is set there as well which should have some text in it.

For my themes I have removed the h1 tag from the header and placed it elsewhere.

Thanks Laugh, and info about h1 tag is also helpful.

Btw, my account is still disabled. I hope it is recovered in days.

Yeah I have added H1 to other template files instead. In a later version of Geeklog I plan on adding a Basic theme that will use the H tags in a more appropriate way.

Sorry about your account I have enabled it. I will have to check why it was disabled in the first place (invalid logins only trigger the speed check).
