Cache + Bluehost

Guys, have I had any experience with bluehost? I have a problem because they assure me that they do not have an activated cache, however my changes to the page are not immediately reflected until the page refreshes (F5).

For me it is a problem especially because when editing something my token does not change and when saving it gives me error (I need to be refreshing the forms).

I don't have template cache enabled.

Yes I ran into it a few years ago.

Bluehost has some sort of caching enabled which can effect all sort of things.

I don't remember exactly how we turned it off at the time (I think we contacted customer service) but I did find this link which seems to show how to turn it off in the Control Panel.
