The check box which id is contactuserform-cc in profile.php activates sending email to the writer himself, and it is dealt as spam mail if it is gmail.
The warning message attached to the email received in gmail says as below:


I'm not 100% sure it is an issue of geeklog, so I posted here instead of Issues/gitjhub.

Yeah I just tested it.

Geeklog shouldn't be sending the email using the sender as the to like that. I added an improvement report:

Additional info:
It doesn't look like sender-to issue, but sender itself issue.
The issue happens whether you check/activate the cc checkbox or not.

I manually modified the source file like below and it solved for myself.
sender: name<noreply@yourdomain>
message: author's email address + <br> +original message
